Crocodile kills juvenile Wildebeest/Gnu in the Mara river in Kenya
“An enormous crocodile kills a juvenile wildebeest in the Mara River by crushing its head in its powerful jaws. The young wildebeest was crossing the river as part of the annual migration, having become slightly separated from its mother while swimming to the other side. From the riverbank, the massive crocodile sprang into action, swimming swiftly to the middle of the river before seizing the wildebeest. Loud cries erupted from the struggling animal, but after five minutes, the fight came to an end as the crocodile dragged its lifeless prey down the river.”
