The Great Migration in the Maasai Mara is a breathtaking spectacle. Anticipation hangs thick in the air as you wait, sometimes for hours, watching the herds of wildebeest grow. Finally, they gather the courage to embark on their perilous journey across the crocodile-infested Mara River. The currents are strong, and the weak swimmers are swept away to their deaths.
