Northern African Spotted Hyaena
Hyenas are mostly viewed with contempt, but Spotted hyenas are natural born killers that hunt in packs relying on stamina as they slowly kills the prey by biting and attacking the selected animal over a longer period. They look like dogs but are more closely related to the biological family of cats. They have a solid build, strong jaws and paws with non-retractable nails that are adapted for running and turning quickly.
