Manguyo falls in the Aberdares
The Manguyo falls are hidden deep inside the rugged Aberdares Mountain Range and it is a full day hike back and forth. You are trekking inside very dense Tropical high altitude rainforest with extremely steep ridges and valleys making the trek quite taxing. Once you reach the falls you are greeted with a magnificent view of the water cascading down between lush green rainforest.
