Training on Longonot
Longonot is a small extinct volcano in the Rift Valley, it has a steep ascent and is well suited to train for bigger and more difficult climbing. This Saturday I was training in climbing to the peak in a brisk ascent. Beautiful skies and warm sunlight, Kenya in February.
