t’s always a pleasure to stroll through small Kenyan towns and do some street photography. Some people are happy to pose for a shot, and I usually enjoy a bit of chit-chat with them while buying some of their produce or goods. This portrait captures a street vendor in Msambweni town—an atmospheric late-evening scene of him selling roasted corn cobs by the curb along the Ukunda–Ramisi road.
Two lions out hunting on a late afternoon
“Two lions stealthily stalk a group of zebras, concealed behind tall grass and bushes. We wait in tense anticipation, hoping the hunt will erupt and end in a successful capture. However, as time passes, we realize the zebras have already spotted the lions and are gradually moving away. Perhaps we’ll be lucky enough to witness a hunt another day.”
